NEW DELHI: The purpose of the Ministry of Tourism is to promote foreign tourist arrivals in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Foreign tourists are now free to visit Andaman and Nicobar Islands without any restrictions. A source from the ministry said, the home ministry has modified its earlier order which made it necessary for them to register with the Foreigners Registration Officer within 24 hours of their arrival.
