Google Maps has a new feature to roll out that will allow users to easily create public events. Android Police saw a new bit of documentation on the Google Maps Help Site, which indicated a process to add a public event through the Android app. The feature is currently live but it is not available for everyone. The feature, which is called 'Add Public Event', allows users to present events similar to public events being shown in Maps.
