Google Gboard update now gets offline AI dictation feature

In a dream to make speech-to-text systems more seamless google has declared something that its Gboard Keyboard will now be able to support voice recognition even if you are connected to the internet.

Google has updated Gboard’s speech recognizer to mimic the keyboard dictation system where the keyboard recognizes individually as they are spoked. The system is directly hosted on the device. eliminating the requirement to depend on seamless internet connectivity.

As discussed by Google, the new Gboard speech recognize despite the small size of 80MB, the system is capable of offering the same recognizer does not find over a decoder graph and in place of that consists of a beam search by a single neural network.
