- Yes, it is true that, in the garden called as Zainabad, Her body was buried temporarily over there.
- In 1631 AD, during the delivery of Mumtaz’s 14th child, giving birth to a daughter named Gauhara Begum, she died.
- The construction of the Taj Mahal started to create history in the year 1632; a year after her death that was 1631.
- Mumtaz was Shah Jahan’s fourth wife and he was married seven times.
- Shah Jahan wanted to marry Mumtaz, so he killed Mumtaz’ former husband.
- Shah Jahan married Mumtaz Mahal’s sister after her death.
- Shah Jahan’s sons fought the Battle of Samugarh amongst them only for the crown.

- There was no state funeral for Shah Jahan when he died, even though he ruled India from 1628–1658.

- The Taj Mahal was originally not built to bury another person except, Mumtaz Mahal. Son of Shah Jahan, Aurangzeb, buried his father nearby Mumtaz Mahal instead of building a new cemetery for his father.
- Mumtaz was engaged to Shah Jahan in 1607 AD, it was the time when she was just 14 years old.
- Mumtaz was too young to get married, so she herself and Shah Jahan had to wait for five more years, unless she had attained the age of 19, to get married.
- As Shah Jahan found the presence and appearance of Mumtaz, inescapable, so that was the reason Shah Jahan gave her the title ‘Mumtaz Mahal’ Begum.

- Shah Jahan had so much faith in his wife Mumtaz that he even gave her his royal seal, the Muhr Uzah.
