Almost everyone loves junk food even after knowing that it’s not good for there health. Eating junk foods in summer add at least 2000 calories in your body. So it is advisable to not consume more calories.

So many people start their day by eating eggs. But try to avoid eating eggs during the summer season. Eating eggs increase the risk of salmonella infection. So avoid eating eggs.

do not eat rotten foods or food that you have made 2 days before. It is not at all good for your health and possesses harmful effects.
